I know this is probably not the correct place for this but does anyone have any information on factory resetting/initializing the Fujitsu 4100es processor. I know what the default login credentials are but the processor I have is not default. There is a CPU RESET button that can be pressed. I...

ClearFly SIP Trunks on MCD 3300

I solved the problem. I needed to SIP Registrar IP information. It was not sending the registration request without that IP address. Comparing this to other configs it did not look like it needed this info to work properly. But since I added this it is now functioning.

ClearFly SIP Trunks on MCD 3300

This is a new setup for the SIP. I am not new to SIP. Clearfly is not currently supported by Mitel, so there is no documentation. I am not going through an MBG for this. The host PBX is passing through a watchguard firewall. The SIP trunks should require registration with the SIP trunk...

Thanks for the help but I was able to get it working. I have the local side and the BB app working. It was 2 separate issues. I had to get the DNS corrected on both the inside network and the outside network. Our ISP had the A record pointing to the wrong IP address and internally I had to...

    Reset a Phone

I know this sounds like a dumb question but is there a way to reset an IP phone 5330, 5340, 5360 from the phone without actually unplugging the phone. I know that I can get into network programming and make a change then save it and then it gives me the option to reboot. I was just wondering...

Caller ID on reroute to nupoint voicemail

The system does not allow me to program a multicall key on an extension that is set as IP device only. Also I have the system networked to another system and I thought DPNSS/QSIG Diversion was required for the network and clustering.

Caller ID on reroute to nupoint voicemail

Ok after some further testing I found that the caller ID works if we put the multicall button on a physical phone and not on a phantom phone and if we use reroute first alternative and not reroute always and just set the call forward timer in the COS to 3 seconds. It does work however there has...
