How can I get my phone to show who is calling on my second roll over line if I am on a call on my first line?

I am having a hard time trying to get my 1120 or 1140 to show the call logs. I have found the call log options, I cannot program a key to display it. I have looked at manuals saying that Feature 812 will display it but I cannot find the feature button.

Your MDR is configured for a certain baud rate, parity etc. You have to make sure you have these settings correct. When you hear it dial did it have a nice clean handshake sound?
Also, have these 3 buffers worked fine before or are they a newly setup?
