1120/1140 Call Log Listing

Hello,

I am having a hard time trying to get my 1120 or 1140 to show the call logs. I have found the call log options, I cannot program a key to display it. I have looked at manuals saying that Feature 812 will display it but I cannot find the feature button.

How do I view my call logs?

Any help would be great, thanks.

What system is this on? The "Feature" button does not apply on a CS 1000. There are different User Guides for an 1120E/1140E on a BCM, CS 1000, CS 2100, AS 5300,... You need to be looking at the User Guide associated with the system you are using.

It is a CS1000, the manual only shows how to setup call logging, not how to access it.

If it is configured properly, you should see a "Callers" softkey on the idle screen.
