What would be the easieat way to pull / genetate call detail reports (for call cost/ billing)off of a system (81c at District office, E/S's at sites-30 sites all togather) Thanks. Im trying to install /configure TM 3.2-fresh install; what a headache...thanks in advance for any suggestions...

Does your TM have licenses for 31 sites? If not, then NO. You'll need a way to store and then collect from each site, and then sort and print the data. Maybe an alternative SMDR program? Buffer boxes?

Yes, I believe so, on the software documentation, I have 6500 licenses available. No buffer boxes on systems side. Thanks for your help. As I started looking through this forum last night, I was finding more relevent and useful information.

But, to control and access 31 sites, you'll need multi-customer licenses to do that. You'll have to 'build" 31 sites to give you access to them. Can you do that?

You can use the Data Buffering and Access utility to collect CDR from each of the site you created.

To access the utility go to Utilities > Data Buffering and Acccess from the main Navigator window.

In here go to File > New Session and go down to one of your sites.

Hit OK. Now make sure to check off the "Collect CDR" checkbox you might as well collect Traffic also while your at it.

Now you should have a window pop up within DBA saying "Live session started at..." It will also say how much CDR you are getting per minute.

You will have to do this for each site. You will end up with about 30 windows within DBA.

To collect the data you need to use Telecom Billing System.
Do you have TM with Billing?
