Drum not turning when maintenance roler rises to drum
Check your Ink Heater 1 cabling[if the 37,010:43 error is correct]as this is a PEST error. You need to run Y axis encoder test to ensure te drum has not stalled or defective. Yes when you use non xerox ink the cyan from the non xerox company has a different make up than true xerox colors. The best thing that you can do is replace the printhead. the use xerox color ink.- pcsimtech

Per Drop Testing Cost???
It depends on to type of wire used[5 NP, 5P, 6NP, or 6P{all have different prices}] and the number of drops. If you are going to certify each wire that takes time so you need to know at least a best guess number of drops they will need. Factor 10% more wires[10=11] and then go from there.
