Repsaj, One thing to look at would be the advertisement status, make sure you know what the exit codes are, some can be confusing. Licclint.exe will not run properly creating an error.
Gunner23, One thing to look at is your SMS_site_LicDB and make sure it is ok. I ran accross a similar issue with this and it turned out to be a combination of the hot fix and my NONLIC table was too large. I think MS suggests that it not get any larger than 100K and mine was 500MB, thurns out...- cparrish

Unable to install SMS clients using Client Installation Method
One thing that helps me is the AddSys tool, but I would only recommend this for a FEW clients. You might also want to make sure your boundaries are set up correctly in the properties of your site as well as the discovery methods.
