    kjv1611, I actually got SnagIt in my firm, and on my workstation and im with you there it's a really nice program, worth the money! But the problem im talking about is on one of the users in the firm and because the program is licensed they can't get it ;)

    Hey Smah, I did find the location you wrote, and it works in some part. But i got many more sites on the computer if i export the reg file, i only get the ones that stand in the reg, and thats only 25 out of maybe 100+ but are then not stored somewhere on the computer, like temp files fx?

    The thing is that i need if possible the same address linkes moved to another computer, so i mean that they should be stored somewere on my computer like Favorites can be moved easy i think i have moved the address linkes to once, but i just can't remember it! Maybe there are stored in a catch file?

    Hi Tony, Thanks for the fast answer, and it did help me at some part but think an renaming of the 4 normal.dot files also had to be done. I don't know why i didten try that before my post :) But it works now! So thankes for your time mate! BR Kristian

    The secound problem is solved, a renaming of the normal.dot to normal.dot.old files worked great! For now at least :p Still having problems with the worderror on startup!

    Just for the bit more of info. When i try and click send error when it appears in Word, i get a message that i can choose to start up normally or in safemode, when trying normal i restarts and the first error screen appears agian, so the process starts over. But however it works in safemode...
