    They were the same model. I tried someone elses phone at this desk and theirs works fine here. I take this phone somewhere else and it still doesn't work. I reflashed the firmware (via forced download) still doesn't work.

    There is a regular extension and it works just fine. We're just not able to log in to the call centre extension.

    I kept the same TN's as before, just connected them to the new jacks. The display shows up normal, everything looks normal. You just can't login. As for the other questions, I'm not even sure how to check that. (I'm newer to the whole telecom side of work here)

    We prefer to do a backup of the full server. I should probably look into doing the database backup as well, I've never done it and it's probably important. Is there anything I should keep in mind before doing a database backup?

    How do you wall do your back ups of your server running Symposium? I used to do a hot swap and replicate the data but that's causing issues now, so I just wanted to compare what everyone else was doing.

    Thank you, but wouldn't that also list all available DN's not specifically only the DID's? For example we have a lot of available DN's not all of them are able to be direct dial numbers. I just want to see the direct dial numbers. Thanks
