Hello,
I know we have some unused DID's and I have them on a list, but if for example I didn't have this list, how would I look up unused DID's on the PBX?

Would it be a LD 20/PRT? And if so which command would I use?

I'm new to the telecom position so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Thank you, but wouldn't that also list all available DN's not specifically only the DID's?

For example we have a lot of available DN's not all of them are able to be direct dial numbers. I just want to see the direct dial numbers.

Thanks

if, for example you owned DID range 3000 thru 3999

then your ludn would be
3

Thank you all!

But what if I didn't know what range the DID's were in? Is there a way to look up only the DID's?

the PBX doesn't know or care either. It knows DNs, it does not know what you have purchased from Telco to come into your switch, if it comes in, and you have it programmed, it rings.

No way to only look up DID's. Your best bet is to contact your telco who can provide you a listing of what you own. Then you can use the LUDN command and check your PBX against that list.

You will not find a DID only list in the PBX in any load or any command.

Call telco and give them your circuit ID and they should be able to tell you what range you receive

Thanks,

Buddy

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but we have a MIRAN recording that covers all of are "intercepts" for calls coming in on our PRI for DID's that are not configured.

Obviously you should have your DID list from telco, especially if they are random, but could you somehow list/trace extensions that hit that MIRAN channel for available DIDs? Just wondering.
