I have an Aura system with multiple switches and multiple locations. We use ISDN Pri's for our public network and we have ISDN's tying our systems together for a private network. We use AAR between our switches to keep costs down. A huge problem we have been having since the dawn of time, is...
support.avaya.com? Yes. But I couldn't find anything about service packs on the site. The installation guide tells you how to install them, but nothing in depth about what loads or builds you can jump from.
I have been given the job of updating our Modular Messaging. We are running 5.2 with Service Pack 2. I'm supposed to upgrade it to SP 18. I was told I first have to update it to SP8 before I could make the jump to sp18. When I look at release notes, my system is not at the minimum releases. I am...

Thanks.

Is there any way for an extension to use a specified trunk group for all it's calls without using routing tables? We're having trouble sending faxes over the network and want them to all go out local.
I have a campus environment with an assortment of Avaya Definity Classic Switches and new 8XXX switches. All these switches are connected using point to point T1's. We also use least cost routing to save money. The problem I'm having is when a call is routed out one of my switches to the switch...
