multiple locations dialing 911

I have an Avaya 5.2 Communication Manager. My setup has a main site with PRI's and multiple gateways with POTS lines attached to them. Can anyone give me an idea how to route 911 calls over the gateways copper trunks? Right now if the people in the remote locations call 911, the calls get routed through our main site and the 911 center gets the wrong address where the emergency is. I don't think partition routing will work, because I have more than eight locations. I hope somebody can point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick response. I have only one more question. Do I have to put in a complete ARS Analysis table for each location or will the gateways resort to the ARS table that is set for all locations for the other numbers dialed? Thanks again.

defined locations override all, but "all" is used if location routing is not defined.
