    Night service

    I am trying to set up a similar situation but my ultimate question is when I go to "ch listed directory numbers", there is no night service option. I have only the number, description, and tenant fields. What am I missing here? Thanks in advance!!

    I am trying to set up call forwarding off-network and having some difficulty. When our sales manager works from home, calls to her extension forwards to her residential number but it bypasses their home phone answering machine greeting and goes straight to the "beep". The greeting is not heard...
