I can login fine with the default admin account but don't want our helpdesk to use this account. So created a new account "itsupport" with superuser permissions. but when I login a receive a windows security window asking for login details again

Customer is providing DHCP for all phones. Phones work ok but console keeps disconnecting. MAC= 08:00:0f:23:fd:ad this MAC on the MCD is 172.17.2.48 yet on the customers side it is 172.17.2.207, I guess one is the keypad and one the PC which is plugged into the keypad.

ended up creating a dummy NTHG then reroute always to a DN which is on keys. This displays the name until the call is answered then it displays the CLI. They only have 5224 so this behaviour is correct I believe. the call never goes unanswered.

Have an MCD running 6.0
we have a DDI programmed on 5 phones each on a multiline key. The tel dir label is Kew Bridge but when a caller calls in the display shows the CLI of the caller, we want the display to show Kew Bridge

It is programmed. When you call the phone either internally or via did the phone just continues to ring until the ring timer expires or the caller clears down. Ccs trace doesn't give any clues. I've checked call forward conditions and this should be possible. I've set a reboot for tonight so...

Standalone MCD6. user can't forward to RG on NA, busy works. This is set in call rerouting not on the phone. no active features on phone. works if you change it to voicemail.
