Can't install Nupoint blade

I've install last version of MSL . And successfully sync with the amc. but can't install the blade.Every time it's stopped .
It's stand alone nupoint app.
any thoughts what is the issue

Hi kwbmitel.
I've confirmed that the system is licensed. And verified the data by bot media check from the MSL. and The md5sums.exe
I've contact AMC and they can't help.

If the AMC told you they could not help they would have told you who could.

Yes the system is licensed but does it have ALL the licenses.

Hi They told me that to look t the THB and the IG. for the Nupoint.
I've install Nupoint many times before and other MSL application. this the first time I face this issue.

Do you get something like NPM Post Install Failed. If so a call to support is needed. They ran some commands that let us finish the blade install.

That's correct I get
NPM Post Install Failed
and I call the support and it's an issue on AMC with NPM8.0-8.2 ,
NPM 7.0 works fine

you have to install NuPoint with CD's 1&2
