    Thanks for the suggestions. Let me give a little more detail. We have 3 lines, line 1 we want to ring all the time, no night mode. Lines 2 & 3 go into night mode at 3pm and off at 9am.     CICS/CallPilot 100 Night mode "0" or No Response

    Customer has CICS with CallPilot 100. Have programmed night mode which is working but, if caller dials "0" or there is no response it directs call to ext 221 receptionist. We would prefer to direct these calls to mailbox for 221 rather than ext. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
