Customer has CICS with CallPilot 100. Have programmed night mode which is working but, if caller dials "0" or there is no response it directs call to ext 221 receptionist. We would prefer to direct these calls to mailbox for 221 rather than ext. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Well it is either or .The attendent is the main phone and dial zero sends it there but if you make att. NOne under operator status it will go to the general delivery MB all the time unless you make the att avaliable again.

Thanks for the suggestions. Let me give a little more detail. We have 3 lines, line 1 we want to ring all the time, no night mode. Lines 2 & 3 go into night mode at 3pm and off at 9am. So we only want lines 2 & 3 to go into mailbox 221 if dial 0 or no response while in night mode. Don't know if that matters but hope it is more specific.
Thanks

Dialing 0 is not somthing that can be changed at schedules.
0 points to one thing only until its changed in programming.

Maybe record your night message "to leave a message in our general delivery mailbox press *100"

Or like I said forward 221 to vmail, but make sure 221 is not in the night service group.
