Just upgraded to 6.4. Having a problem removing voids from the gross sales. I'm not to familiar with the reporting settings. Bingo... My above post did the trick. Wow, I never realized how much I took alt-x for granted. I guess its for the greater good. On a side note. The 6.4 upgrade did not come with a disk 2. (i assume thats where the upgrade/install for back office programs is) So I am running 5.3's Gift Cards...

Ok, well.. I decided to upgrade to 5.3.12 from 4.2 first and try to iron out the access settings, THEN go to 6.4.. I will post my outcome. Thanks

I did do that. Now after all of my messing around, none of the users have access to anything. As I said before, any BOH user i login with has NO ACCESS at all, (all i can do is login and log out of manger) they did have access before I went back to 4.2 and then tried to upgrade again.
