My customer has a gate opening feature on his Panasonic phone system. With the talk path established through the intercom by dialing 9 the gate will open. There is however a 30 second delay. The customer does not want the delay. Has anyone encountered and solved this mystery?
I am having trouble with call logging on a CICS 4.0. It appears that the call logging option is on the line rather than the set. I have seen the option in newer CICS software to set the call logging to either lines or sets, but I can't find it in the 4.0 software. Any help appreciated.
