Right, but the text for those buttons are not showing up, and when I hit the buttons nothing happens. Its as if there is no option for "Show" or "Next" for some reason.
Like I said, I have gone in there before and seen those options, but they are not there.
This might be a stupid question, but when I access the programming feature (Feature **266344) and enter the password, "Terminals and Sets" shows up, but the "Show" and "Next" buttons are not showing up on the read out. So once I am here, I can't progress or do anything.
These fields used to be...
Ok, so I think I understand that this is not going to work with the way I have things set up. Maybe you guys can confirm this:
The only way to forward a call to an external number is to use Line Redirection. Line Redirection does not work by simply entering in an extension number, it just...
I have found a solution I believe. The following website allows you to enter in a dispute with Symantec. Thanks!

I spoke with customer care at Symantec and they didn't really know how to help with this issue. I am really curious if someone here has had a similar issue and how they communicated this with Symantec. I have to think that these types of things happen every day and there is at least a group or...
So after a recent Symantec Antivirus update for our customers, they are now reading one of our scripts as a Trojan and and deleting it from customers' PCs, ruining the functionality of our product, not to mention our reputation.
I have been searching all over Symantec's site trying to find...
I guess I just don't know how to implement those items. Right now I'm thinking the only option we have with this idea is to set up another phone and have it always set to forward to the answering service. Then with the evening greeting we will indicate the extension of this phone.
If there is...
Hopefully this is an easy one. We had someone move to a new desk so I added a new mailbox for his phone. He is using a T7316E (as is everyone else).
I looked up his extension and then proceeded to create a mailbox with that extension, giving it the same mailbox number as the extension number...
Maybe this issue is as easy as going into System Programming and adding an extension with the external number I want it to dial to? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Well We want to keep it pretty professional, so we would like the extension option to work, unfortunately I'm just not adept enough with this platform to understand all of this.
We will have the AA service to work as normal now with "enter xx for sales, enter xx for support" during the morning...
Right. I guess the issue I'm having though is how I can build a new path without messing up what is already configured.
I go to f983/othr/ccr/admin and enter "1" for the CCR tree (I'm guessing this is the only one set up) and I'm afraid to hit "Build" as I don't want to mess up the current...
Ok, so my company is going to outsource an answering service for after hours support. What we would like to do is have the greeting indicate to the customer to dial an extension which will direct them to the external number of our answering service.
I just need to understand how to add this...
Yeah, its a little frustrating because I just started working at this company and they had someone set up the hone system here (CICS and Call Pilot), and now they want some additional things set up that I'm not really sure how to do.
One thing I would like to do is set up Call Pilot Manager as...
Thanks for the info, for some reason I was thinking that non-business was not another setting like morning, afternoon, and evening. Thanks for clearing that up. Should be good to go for this one. Thanks so much for all your help!
I'm sorry, I'm not sure if this makes sense. You are able to set the 3 different times: Morning, Afternoon, and Evening. You set the greeting for each of these times. So if you set Morning, Afternoon, and Evening all for 12:00am, then which message takes priority?
I don't understand the part...
The weekend thing is pretty interesting. Since you are not able to choose the greeting per time per day you have to do that weekend trick, which means that if you set morning and afternoon with a normal business hours message then there are 2 minutes where someone can call and get the incorrect...
That's a good point, thanks again! I thought perhaps the non-business could be set up for weekends. Is there somewhere that you can enter in the dates of Non-business days?
