New Mailbox Not Showing in Directory 2

Hopefully this is an easy one. We had someone move to a new desk so I added a new mailbox for his phone. He is using a T7316E (as is everyone else).

I looked up his extension and then proceeded to create a mailbox with that extension, giving it the same mailbox number as the extension number. I entered the name of the mailbox and made sure to select "Yes" for Directory. For some reason however when I check the directory this new mailbox is not listed. I'm searching for it by name (is there a way to look at a list of all directory listings?).

I went through the settings for this mailbox and ensured that they are the same as the other mailboxes. I also tried deleting this mailbox and adding it again and I receive the same issue. What am I doing wrong? Thanks again for all of your help.
 
Once you initilize the mailbox it will appear in the directory.

It should be there even if it is not initilized. I would reboot I have seen weird things in the call pilot and rebooting fixed it.
