Internal transfers on Aspect ACD
Is there a way to get a whisper on an internal trasfer. Aspect’s reasoning for this is on “Announced/Warm” transfers the initial part of the call will be agent to agent so the receiving agent will determine how to handle the customer based on the description they receive from the sending agent...- andi45

No--it is an ACD question. I need to know if the switch can provide whispers on internal transfers. If so, how is it programmed?- andi45

Is there a way to have whispers on internal transfers? I have been told that it is impossible to do--we must use back door numbers. I know the old Rockwell Spectrum switch allowed it, and so did the older Aspect acds- andi45
