it appears Att VOIP service had changed some settings in my Voip services which killed the 2 lines. I appreciate the reponse but it seems to be working

I recently needed to put a fax machine on a Avaya R8 PACS r8.0 12E system.. while I was setting up the fax machine on X18 I suddenly can't call out or answer Line 1 or line 2 it will ring, when I pick up no sound at all. no called id nothing. but only on those 2 lines. I have no idea what...
they do not have anything plugged into them no phone nothing. they do not even have a port.
just have the R8 no other equip besides that.
do I need to make them ext 17 and 18 where the is open port and no phone connected?

apologies. it does seem that I have a 3910. I was looking into the 3920 and am confused.. I do not have any concrete walls but it goes through about 200 feet of drywall.
i currently use the 3920. it has a really good signal strength, reaches our entire building. only thing that I am not exactly thrilled about is that we have 3 lines. there are four buttons for line and programming... however with the first 2 buttons being intercom it only leaves 2 for phone...
