On the users forwarding tab there is a check box for forwarding to voicemail....did you try using that instead of the short code? Also is this line ringing through a hunt gp to the forwarded phone? If so there is also a check box for hunt gp calls. Jerry

Create call groups with each lawyer's name as the group name with the recpt as the only member. Point each DID to the appropriate call group. On the recpt display the lawyers name will appear and she can answer appropriately. Jerry

Ok, also if Voice Networking were not checked would they have busy lamp functionality across the network and could one site's user be a member of the other sites call gp....or would those features only be active w/SCN.

That's how it was sold to the customer.....if the 2 sites were networked and Voice Networking were not checked you would still be able to dial & transfer calls between sites...correct? Otherwise it seems centralized voicemail is the way to go?

Can anyone direct me to an install doc for the Dect IP RBS V2 Compact Base Station. I have the Dect R4 install doc but it doesn't refer to the RBS Base Station. Any help is much appreciated. Jerry

The short code I've used for an analog doorphone ext is; ?D DialExtn Group number to ring to If using a trunk you only have to program it to the phones it should ring on. If the doorphone can use either there must be a way to switch from one to the other.
