    Line in use messages.

    I don't think so. It's a generic message from ksu that all lines in the particular pool are all busy; hence "no free lines". In this condition, more than one user are involved.

    PRI Channel ID

    I think the solution is to name each PRI trunks rather than keeping the generic i.d.; for example "channel 1" for easy identification. I believe this will show on the display when making outgoing calls.

    I think the best thing to do is to simplify your re-install by getting rid of the cartridges that you don't need anymore. These are the steps I'd take if I were you: 1.
