Hello All
Wanted to know if there was a way to identify the t1 channel number being used while on an extension, similar to putting a pots line on hold and seeing the line number when you pick it back up. Having an intermittent problem with echoing on a pri and would like to see if it happens more on some channels then others.

In Ld 80 you can trac your extension:
TRAC 0 1234 (cust # and DN)
This will give you some good information including the trunk port the call is going out/coming in.
 
I think the solution is to name each PRI trunks rather than keeping the generic i.d.; for example "channel 1" for easy identification. I believe this will show on the display when making outgoing calls.
