Got a programming question.

On my 824 when a line was in use by another extension and you tried to pickup that line the LCD would display "IN USE XXXX". Well now i have a newer MICS system with 7.1 and it just display's No free lines?. Both phones with and without line appearances both display "No free lines"

Oops forgot to get to the question, Can i program or change options so that when a busy line is grabbed it will say "IN USE XXXX" instead of no free lines?

I only get no free lines when dialing out from a pool and line in use when that line is assigned to appear on a key.

I don't think so. It's a generic message from ksu that all lines in the particular pool are all busy; hence "no free lines". In this condition, more than one user are involved.

I thought that too Tpacheco but its a home system so i i knew no one else was trying to grab a line besides NAM and it threw out the No free lines. Im going along the lines that its when you try to access a pool instead of a line with an appearance on the phone. When i get time ill make sure and test my theory and let you guys know what happened.
