We have had the same "disappearing email trick" when using "File, Archive, Archive this folder and all subfolders, archive older than". Is there any way of finding where they've gone and getting them back?

I tried these ideas and no dice. Stopping the AV service seems to make no impact and the public and private IS seem to have about 1Mb and 24Mb free respectively. I have also confirmed that the account has administrator rights.
Any more ideas please?
