I am setting up for the first time a Mitel with a PRI. I am having issues with analog phones not ringing like they should. They will ring once or twice and the ring volume goes way down. Any advise would be appreciated.

I have a CS1000 with a mixture of 1220s and 1230s. I have the message button (when pressed it goes directly to their voicemail box) on the 1220s working, but can't seem to get the button to work on the 1230s. Thanks for any help.

I want to be able to set the main number to be the number sent out from the pbx whenever someone dials out. I have 10 different locations,(on the same PBX tied together through a network) the customer wants to send the main number from each location no matter what ext/dn they are dialing from...
