    Cs1000 with an 1230 IP phone

    I have a CS1000 with a mixture of 1220s and 1230s. I have the message button (when pressed it goes directly to their voicemail box) on the 1220s working, but can't seem to get the button to work on the 1230s. Thanks for any help.

    Is there a device that I can connect to an IP phone that will allow en external ringer? We are replacing phones in a garage type environment that has existing analog phones that have an external ringer mounted on the outside/ inside garage area.

    I have a CS1000E in our main office with an SRG attached at 10 different locatons. I am trying to get 911 to work. Do you have to point/build route table so when they dial 911 it goes thru the SRG? This is a IP phone installation, with 2 lines to each SRG. I know, in Normal Mode the phones...

    I have a customer about 4 hrs away, we are adding an expansion with GATM8. The customer does not want to shut the system down, will I have to shut the system down or not? I don't think I will, but wanted to be sure.
