They are sitting side by side. Can you wire it through a paging amp from the external page output back into the oppisite phone systems ( page) pair on the block?
I have two Nortel systems that are tied together with T-1 and can call from system to system, but would like to be able to page to one system or the other. Is there any possble wway this can be done?
I just picked this customer up and they want to add a 5th line, they have a second card for line 5-6 and it rings in, but I can not figure out how to get it to appear on the phones. I have no experiance with NEC,yet. Any help would be helpful.
I have a customer thats a few hours away that wants to upgrade their system, Is there a way I can get them to find out what the SYSID, that is easy for them, so I can get my key codes before I go there?
Yeah, I just dont have a programming manual for this system and the guy just added a voip line as line 2 to get free long distance. If you have any info that would get me to that spot to take toll ristriction off I would appreciate it.
You can call internally, and out by dialing 99. There had been a power surge several weeks ago the customer told me, and they had just been shutting the system down themselves. Then it stopped all but letting you dial out. I do not have a back up or a spare.
I have a customer that has a sx-20 and the console will not ring , the fan doesnt work, and when I call in it rings 3 times and goes to a dial tone. I have tried replacing the trunk card, but it doesnt change the symptoms. Does anyone have clue what might be wrong. Thanks
Does anyone have any expertice on this phone system. I worked with one before, but find it difficult for myself and customer. Have new customer that wants to know if he can have his own server do the work instead of packet 8. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.
I can not get into the programming now. Thats why I need to change it now. The system has switched hands in a hotel 3 times since it was put in, last people were working aroung it.
