DOes anyone out there have the way to reset the passcode on this system? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How old a DCS?

I am not sure. It was installed in 1997, the manual I am using was printed in 1995.

Can you get in to programming now or is that why you need a password change?

I can not get into the programming now. Thats why I need to change it now. The system has switched hands in a hotel 3 times since it was put in, last people were working aroung it.

If you cannot get into installer level programming now, you will probably have to get an authorized vendor involved. They will (or have Samsung) dial in and reset it for you. Where are you located?
