Make sure your voicecall buton is still programed as voice call and not a intercom button. Do a feature 0 button inquiry. try feature 66 manually and then the extension number to see if that works

Program a button for Line pool access with Feature 64 this will grab the line out of the pool and then he can start dailing the number

Remember that after you reset the password the next time you go back in to open it you have to put in the default password of 4- 0000's and then change it

When the auto attentant is answering the calls and sending them out to the differant extensions my cust wants to log just the calls to his phone only. I have call logging turned on his set but it is logging all the calls coming in.
What setting should it be at in the call logging option?

I was wondering if you knew how to call forward a PRI, I have a customer that wants to be able to forward their Main PRI # to an external phone #, never done this before, hope you can help.
