ok, i tried adding 2440 as an ext in 2302 VM profile but it gives an error that says "specified entry already exists." Does that mean i have to delete the 2440 VM profile and add it to 2302?
2440 is being forwarded to 2302 with a CFW Key (CFW 4 2302). The forward works great but why does the voicemail for 2440 pickup when no one answers? I'd like it to be 2302 voicemail that picks up. How can I do that?

I'm new to Nortel so this may sound a bit stupid. I set up a DN for the front desk to use as a voicemail recording to give delivery drivers directions to our facility. I didn't attach a phone to the TN and now the system disables the line automatically. How can i fix this without using a phone?
