I have a BCM400 with IP Phones and when 2 IP phones hold a conversation after 5 mins the calls drop for no reason. I have Keep Alive checked and my codec and jitter buffer are set to Auto. Has anyone ran into this issue or have any ideas on how I may be able to fix this?
Yes I have VPN tunnel setup between locations and also a mesh network so each site can talk to one another. Network ping shows a connection between 30-40 milliseconds not a slow network issue. One way audio seems to happen internally and externally.
