I have a BCM 400 SoftWare Version 4.0.2.03 and I currently have 5 separate locations set up with I2004 IP sets. Every once and a while I get a call from my customer stating that they have one way audio over the IP sets. It seems to be random but I can repeat the issue when I make test calls. It is not always the same DN's. And also does not seem to follow any particular location. I have each location set up the same way unfortunately my customer wants to setup a 6th site with 3 more IP sets and would like a solution that can resolve the issue. I have my Jitter and Codec set to AUTO. Has anyone had this issue? Does any one know a solution? If you need more information let me know.
