You could setup your ADSL in bridge mode and NAT the Fa0/1 interface and not the serial 0/3/0 interface. Then setup a default static route like VinceWhirlwind was saying and have all routers update via routing protocol or static routes.
Are you using a router for inter-vlan routing or is there any inter-vlan routing? I see you said your desktop was 10.111.x.x and you can ping the switch which is at 10.1.10.1 on vlan 119. Also i dont think you have to have a port dedicated to the switch, such as fa0/23 for vlan119(you stated...

Used to nat on my 2610, works good. I have a question about that though. The DSL modem is using NAT as well right? So is the 2610 natting my lan traffic and then the DSL modem natting my 2610 traffic?
