Hi guys,
When creating a system image from within Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Backup and Restore...does the image created restore the PC name and automatically re-add the PC to the domain once the image has been restored?
Thanks

We need the agents to be able to call one another...and on a regular basis.
The agents know the station numbers as we have just transferred a department over to agent working - and so these agents were used to calling the station numbers...
I know we could just advise the staff to use the...
We do have coverage paths in place for some agents...where it is completely necessary for the call to be answered.
Like you said - if an unavailable agent ID is called then it will give a busy tone.
Any ideas on how I might solve my problem?? As I'm out of ideas :-)
We do have different CORs for both the stations and agents.
Basically - all agents have COR 15 and all stations have COR 0. COR 15 has permission to call COR 0 and COR 15. But COR 0 does not have permission to call COR 15 (or COR 0). I presumed that the COR of the agent would have overridden...
Hello all,
I hope you may be of assistance :-)
In short - we are trying to prevent agents from calling the extension numbers of stations - we need them to be calling the the agent login numbers (as we run reports that work on the agent login numbers).
Originally we set the COR on the stations...
Simple enough question I think :-) With EAD-MIA, will calls always be delivered to the most-idle, available agent with the highest skill level?
I've had cases where a call has been delivered to an agent with a much lower skill level - even though there were several available agents with a much...
Hi All,
I have a hunt group setup which covers to voicemail. There are two members in the hunt group - and both stations have the hunt group extension in the "Message Lamp Ext:" field.
The voicemail works fine - I can leave messages and I'm able to retrieve them on the stations.
However, the...
Just thought - the 2410s are digital phones (not IP phones) - so dont think adding the button types into the Button Restriction type table would make a difference.
Will probably just have to send an email out "Please do not edit Button Labels"!!
Ideally, I'd edit all the labels on the handsets to what they should be - then add the button types to the Button Restriction table (so no-one can then edit them). If I needed to install a new phone or edit exisiting labels - I'd temporarily remove the button-types from the table.
But I wouldnt...
Well the phones are agent working - so if someone has edited the button labels (in humour!) - the next agent that uses that phone will not have the correct labels to go on "Lunch", "Break" etc. We report uses the button labels too.
Hi there,
My problem (!) -- We have a number of staff that use 2410 handsets - and a minority have found out how to edit the button labels on the handsets themselves (Label -> Edit...Save) - so to obscure their real function.
What would be the best way to stop staff from editing these labels...
Hi everyone,
Any ideas on how a call is handled/queued if the extension of a skill is dialled?
For example...
I have several VDN's with skill 41 assigned to them. These VDN's have vectors which queue to skill 41 etc... But if someone was to dial the extension of skill 41 (eg. 5001) - how...
