Getting these two undeliverables from a few domains, trying to figure out why. My mail server is GW 7.0.3 on SLES 10, been working great, got these undeliverables today.

It's no secret that GroupWise 6 is obsolete, I think I built this server in 2000, so it's pretty old.
Upgrading to GroupWise 7 is definitely not a monetary issue, it's relatively cheap. GroupWise 6 has never given me any problems, did everything we needed it to do.

None of the time zone settings affect Web Access. I guess people will just have to deal with the time being one hour off for the next 3 weeks.

Web Access email times are one hour behind. I checked the Web Access server and the time is correct. Where does Web Access get it's time from?

I recieve the following message on my GWIA
DMN: Send Failure: 451 4.1.8 Possibly forged hostname for xx.xx.xx.xx(external ip of my GWIA).
Any ideas why?
I could be wrong, but I think this is happening because you're installing the English support pack instead of the multi-lingual version. Try downloading and installing the multi-lingual support pack.
My backup jobs run fine, but the tape will not unload after the job finishes. I get the following message - tapealert: e24020 unable to allocate memory, cannot send alert.

There are a couple of ways to do this, here is what I have done in the past.
Restore their old user db from tape, rename current user db and copy restored user db to ofuser dir. They'll lose everything that has changed since the backup.

Run gwcheck and choose re-create user database. It will...
Motient says that they support any POP/IMAP enabled email server, although you will lose quite a bit of functionality using anything other than Exchange. Check out this link if you haven't visited their site already...
We're using the BlackBerry with GroupWise, all emails are delivered to the users GroupWise accounts. The BlackBerry checks the users email accounts using either POP or IMAP, you can use either one.
I have an SQL database located at a remote site. I need to be able to access this database and make changes, unfortunately, I do not have SQL installed here. Is there any way for me to access this database without installing SQL locally?
