Zone Alarm and Win XP (NTFS) 1

I have a friend who I am working with, who has Win XP ver 2002 SP-1, on a HP Pavilion 724C (Pentium 4. 2.53 GHz). We just removed the welchia worm off his PC. He has NAV 2003 and it now works good, with updates. Now I'm trying to find a good software firewall. I downloaded ZoneLabs (free), zasetup_37_21.exe, and it would not run on his PC. His C drive is a NTFS config, and this setup file would not install. Has anyone got any ideas on what he can use, preferably free?

Zone Alarm works fine on win XP and NTFS partitions, did you get any errors during the install?

Have you tried installing using an Admin login?
