Sorry discard the last reply i didnt read through your post with much attention.....appologises for that ;)
does the fault occur if both party`s are ip devices?
Use ip trunking to connect the 2 swu. STMI card for the Hipath. direct trunk to soft switch.
routing will have to be set up of course but there is a easy solution im sure.
Which country are you from?
You need to add these in to LDPLN
If you are using a certain GSM gateway then you must point this towards such, if you are breaking out to the Pstn then use that Trunk group.
Please give alittle more info and im sure i could be more specific :)
If you dont have a external MOH source then the swu will use the system default, Which im sure you can change within ZAND.
If it is the system MOH then i dont think you can configure it individually, but you could set up a dummy recording as suggest above and use that in the phon set up HMUSIC...
Ok.
DIS-RCSU;
Find the entrys moh and make a note of the number`s attached to them.
Then CHA-SBCSU:
and change the entry HMUSIC to a number that does not correspond to any entrys within you RCSU tables, That should sort it.

Not to sure on this one.

Will have a look into this and get back to you
