Im getting err codes when trying(esn 115 it in Ld 90 or ld 86. If the full number callers are dialing is 9,604 806-9698 and its matching 6 digit local is 779698. Should it be programmed as a type=SPN or NPA
We have numerous 1000E's and M's networked together via VOIP trunking. Is there any way to force our users, when they dial a specific DID our switch, to route that call over our voip trunks to the maching 6 digit local instead of going out over pstn
No TARG and I tried the ACD NCFW to the ACCOD but I'm just geting fast busy. I thought maybe there was a prompt that blocks or unblocks calls directly ro a Rout ACOD..But not sure.
I have a paging rout that I allow users to dial the ACOD. I have a CS1000mg and also have Cisco Voip on the same site and dialing plan using CDP. Currently we can 5 digit dial any cisco or Nortel set. Anyone know if there is a way to allow Users on the Cisco side the ability to Dial my Paging...
