    Disregard, I found the solution. For those that do not know; if you are on a call and another call comes in and you want to place your first call on hold and choose which next call to take, press the "PHONE" button and you will get the hold option.

    Norstar Restart almost Daily

    We have a Norstar MICS that restarts almost daily. The vendor has replaced the entire system thinking that it may have been a cabinet issue or card issue. This started with getting Alarm 75 and then the Norstar restarts. Software release is 7.1 Has anyone seen this or run into this issue?

    I have a BES120 that is connected to a Cisco Router. The BES120 port is 100mb Half Duplex. I need to change the Port to Full Duplex but cannot seem to find where to change this. The Switch is set to Autonegotiate.
