    Norstar Restart almost Daily

    We have a Norstar MICS that restarts almost daily. The vendor has replaced the entire system thinking that it may have been a cabinet issue or card issue. This started with getting Alarm 75 and then the Norstar restarts. Software release is 7.1 Has anyone seen this or run into this issue?

    I have a BES120 that is connected to a Cisco Router. The BES120 port is 100mb Half Duplex. I need to change the Port to Full Duplex but cannot seem to find where to change this. The Switch is set to Autonegotiate.
