I have a BES120 that is connected to a Cisco Router.
The BES120 port is 100mb Half Duplex.
I need to change the Port to Full Duplex but cannot seem to find where to change this. The Switch is set to Autonegotiate.

In the web based conf manager

configuration > Port management

Is the option to set speed, duplex settings.

If the port is set to auto-neg on the switch, but is half duplex, this suggests that the cisco router is not set to auto-neg.

If an auto-neg port cannot negociate with the remote port the swith drops the duplex to half.

Actually, I finally got word back from Nortel.
In the BES100 and 200 Line. Autonegotiate is hardcoded. You cannot change it in the BES at all.
The speed and duplex are set up to communicate with the end device on the spedd that best suites.
Thank you for responding. we are looking to go with the ERS instead.

Rather than change to the ERS, why not set your Cisco to auto-negotiate? Using anything other than auto-negotiate is just asking for trouble because in most cases you will end up with a duplex mismatch or use half-duplex which is suboptimal - especially if you are running voice.
