We have a group of users (9611G Phones)that have multiple "Bridge Appearances".
When the user is on a call, the softkey shows hold, conf, trans, when another call comes in, the softkeys change to "ansHold, Ansdrop, Ignore. Is there a way to have just the "hold" key appear. The users want to be able to place their call on hold and choose the line that is ringing, not just the next ringing line. is this a system limitation?

Disregard, I found the solution.
For those that do not know;
if you are on a call and another call comes in and you want to place your first call on hold and choose which next call to take, press the "PHONE" button and you will get the hold option.
