Hi,
We are using External Hotdesk Agents.
Is it possible to activate Public Calling Party Number Passthrough for these agents?
It's not working for incomming calls via Queues.
Incomming call on DDI of agent is Public Calling Party Number Passthrough working fine.
Thanks in advance
John Keri,
Why it's only happen on outgoing calls? I realy don't know.
Vodafone probably route their outgoing traffic via some very bead cheap routes.
It's looks like its only happen for specific countries, numbers.

Appears to be a phone hardware issue on 53xx series(52xx not sure)
It's only occuring on Vodafone SIP trunks(Netherlands)
What s happening. In the RTP stream every now and then there is a faulty packet.
In the Packet traces this packet has a different (smaller) packetlength.
When...
Valamagules,
First i want to thank you for replying.
QoS is configured correctly.
Yes there is a MBG involved.
Sip trunk is connected to the MBG.
When we do a packet trace on the mirrorport on the back of the phone it's all fine.
We have connected also a phone on a TW MBG. We can...
Hi,
I have a strange issue.
A lot of outgoing calls with distorted audio.
Sip trunk involved.
We captured all the packets of a faulty call via a mirrorport on a phone.
Playing the audio stream in Wireshark there are no issues. Jitter, delay etc no problems.
I hope someone can point me into...
Hi,
I don't know if someone is using Nuance Speech Recognition in combination with MiCC IVR?
At this moment we are experiencing issues.
A lot of speech recognitions are failing.
In the logfiles I found this:
Error: 2019-feb-06 16:01:01.586 MRCP - Mitel.MRCP.SpeechRecognition.Channel -...
I have seen this for many years.
Mitel never able to solve this.
What I lately have done is programmed 15 Embedded rad ports for a customer.
Number 16 in de rad group was an MiCC IVR Rad port.
If all 15 embedded Rad ports are working fine, number 16 will never be used.
Until all 15 embedded...
We program these messages on the SIP trunk itself.
Before the SIP trunk sends the call to the Mitel it playes the message.
I don't know if your provider is capable of doing this.
Or we are using IVR for this.
Issue was caused by a bug in the firmware.
We received a new set of phone firmware files we uploaded to the MBG.
After rebooting the phones (and updating) the issue was solved for multiple customers.
Phones are located at different lcations, providers and PoE switches.
All phones are in Minet mode and some locations are using Vlans,
but not using LLDP or CDP. Ports are dedicated in voice Vlan.
Hi,
We experiencing issues with Mitel 6920 Ip Phones.
Few times a day the phones are freezing and rebooting.
Phones are connected to an uptodate MBG.
53xx connected to the same MBG having no issues.
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance,
R
Yes 123456789 is a made up number.
The number is routed via Ars to a sip trunk.
Ars is not an issue. This is setup correct.
The call is routed (sometimes)in the MIVB via "SIP Peer Profile Assignment by Incoming DID" instead of handled as a call from a sip teleworker user.
We had 1*...
Sip user call is failing every now and then
Sipuser: 200 registred on MBG is dialing 123456789
We discovered when it's failing the MiVoice Business is checking 123456789 in the "SIP Peer Profile Assignment by Incoming DID"
When I add 1* to "SIP Peer Profile Assignment by Incoming DID" with...

The first charachter of '12345678' must match with the first character of column a.
So the match can't be '234567'
