I highly recommend just changing to a new 4.0 HDD and purchasing upgrade auth codes for your keycodes. Multiple problems with upgrading process in the past.

Make sure you have latest patches on the 3.0. There is a patch related to doorphone problems. Especially if you have doorphone trying to ring a hunt group.
