When I try to move (float) a graphic in Word 2007 it jumps (usually up) from where I try to place it. I have read alot of ideas but nothing to solve this one. I can move a graphic but never get it to stay EXACTLY where I "drop" it. It just jumps to another (usually nearby) position. The...
I have tried multiple times to renew my AVG license. After over two weeks I have asked "Elements 5" to refund my payment as I have not received the renewal key. This is very frustrating! I have uninstalled and gone to the free version. Any ideas how to get Grisoft to respond?
It has been my experience that none of Symantec's suggestions to fix this error have ever worked for me.
I suggest removing all Symantec products and replacing them with better behaving applications.
Whenever I click on one of my incoming e-mails or click on anything in my Outlook a window pops up with this:
Bad core revision number!
krnl=20021002core=17771388
Any idea what the problem is??
Thanks!
What is the easiest way to back up my network setting on my Win XP Pro machine. I want to experiment with some other network settings and I can't always get back to my orginal setup without alot of trial and error.
Thanks!
Good questions, but I assume that being listed in the device manager means that resources are being consumed and the potential for conflicts is more likely. There is a driver listed with the drive listing. I know XP is suppose to make all that go away but that's not always true. I strive to...

I have been using Qurb in Outlook 2000 and it works great.
Any ideas? The folks at Qurb tried several updates and ask for log files but then they...
I can't install the update. I've been working with Symantec and they have not found the problem yet. In the meantime the *.js problem returned even though I had excluded it. Apparently as a result of "trying" to update it seems. I then discovered that if I used the smart scan...
Just received a response from Symantec it is as follows:
Thank you for contacting Symantec Online Technical Support.
In your message you wrote:
> Norton AV 2004 is killing my internet speed. Disabling it cuts my download time in half... Any fix??
