I had the same problem on the same release, but in standard mode. My fix was made changing the Gains to -2.0db

Select General, then Provisioning, Uncheck the Enable option, then Press Ok
Go to DECT, Set Subscription to Disable from the drop down Menu, Set the Frequency to North American, then Press OK
Now go back to General, then Provisioning, check the Enable option, then Press Ok
Select Reset, Reset...
Can anyone assist. I like to know is it possable to delete a mailbox on the IPO with Embedded VoiceMail. I know I can change the name field to create a new mailbox for a new employee. But what happens to all the old Mailbox? Do they just accumulate on the SD Card waiting to fill up the 15 Hours...
You are correct there is no backup. In the past I have replace Hard drive on the BCM and have noticed if the core version on the hard drive is lower than the version on the MSC card I will loose Telephony. I have not tried applying the latest patches to a the New Hard Drive and then replace it...
Try to connect an ATA to a Trunk Port then add it to a separate Line Pool, and then allow Remote access to this Pool. From the remote site dial the Destination code to access that Pool followed by *610,*62 or *630.
