IP DECT Phone is not subscribing

I have a customer with an IP Office R8 and was brought into the picture by another vendor.

The customer has IP Dect Bases and Phones and 3720 IP Phones alonog with 2-combo cards, ip licenses, etc.

I have the base stations working but unable to subscribe the handset. When the handset requests a "System name" what is the corect entry the unit is looking for?

I did enter the name of the IP Office as well as the name of the master base station but subscription fails.

Any ideas?

Is it provisioned?
If yes then configure it in the ipo.
if not then also configure it in the dect too.

Yes, it is provisioned in the IPO and the Master Base Station is connected.
For some reason when I input the name of the system in the handset it fails to subscribe.

Make sure to sync the Master Radio under Advance TAb

Rebooted the IP Office and all is working fine.
I have since taken screen shots of every screen for the Master and each Base Station.
