You may also want to look at having him use a .pst or .ost rather then cached mode though I think you'll still have the same problem if the CP app is tied to Outlooks start up.

We just recently upgraded our call pilot from 201i to 1005r and the upgrade went relatively smooth, but the greetings for all of our night vm boxes are preceded by the system vm box number then the greeting plays. Does anyone know why this is happening or how to change it so just the greeting...
