We just recently upgraded our call pilot from 201i to 1005r and the upgrade went relatively smooth, but the greetings for all of our night vm boxes are preceded by the system vm box number then the greeting plays. Does anyone know why this is happening and is there a way to change it so that the night greetings play without the mailbox # in front of it?
